I’m Back, Baby! – Revolutionary Program Design It’s been a while since I’ve been able to write on here. I lost my ability to type, and then I lost my ability to see… and now, I’m working my way back. The first few weeks were the hardest. It’s not your typical rehab, where you go to the gym each day and get a workout in, but you have to do most of the work yourself. First, you need to change your diet. You need to eat healthier and more natural foods, and you have to avoid processed meats, sugars, and animal fats. You need to eat as close to the way your body was designed

Everyone knows that every single program fails at some point. Sometimes it’s about numbers, sometimes it’s about a certain person, but it always happens. No matter how much you think you’ve “figured it out”, you’re going to get sidelined. It’s only natural that it happens, and that’s okay. It doesn’t take the wind out of your sails, and it doesn’t put you in a panicked state.
